The Masindi State attorney Charles Bwiiso has been arrested for soliciting and receiving a bribe of UGX 3milion to cover a defilement case by closing file.

The State House Anti Corruption Unit in a joint operation with police is said to have caught the attorney red handed in the act of bribery. It is said that Charles Bwiiso asked for 3 million but received 1.5 million from the perpetrators of the crime.
