OJok Andrew Oulanyah garned 14,224 of the total cast votes defeating Simon Toolkit Aketcha of NUP with 1,633, Torrence Odonga (Ind) – 532 , Justine Odong Obiya(FDC) – 529, others including Jimmy One – 88, Oscar Kizza(ANT)-63, 10 votes were -invalid.
Out of 38. 638 voters, the by – election had 17.454 participants in the 8 polling stations.
OJok Andrew Oulanyah was declared the winner from Lalogi Sub county headquarters replacing his late Father Jacob Oulanyah.
