Uganda Cranes defender Bernard Muwanga has agreed to join Kyetume Football Club on a one year deal from Proline FC according to a reliable source that preferred anonymity.
The 26 year old, is set to be unveiled soon after agreeing personal terms with the Mukono based club.
The experienced defender, has struggled at both KCCA FC and Proline FC for a starting place since arriving at Lugogo in 2018.
Muwanga, becomes head coach Charles Livingston Mbabazi’s first signing in his bid to build a strong side to compete for top places next season.
Muwanga, a natural defender can as well be employed as a defensive midfielder or be played at right back.
The former Bright Stars and SC Villa captain, spent three solid seasons at Bright Stars FC before making a move to Villa park in 2016 where he spent two seasons.
He adds the needed experience to the slaughters’ back line with 20 Caps on his name and having captained the CHAN Cranes before.
Police FC also interested in signing Nicholas Kasozi, Guguddetv can reliably report, that the slaughters are in advanced talks with the artistic midfielder, with a fee already agreed with KCCA FC, only pending personal terms.
Kyetume FC, managed a 11th position finish in the Stlooking Uganda Premier league debut season with 30 points and they are looking forward to better next season with some big Money signings.
