President Museveni endorsement for 2026 presidential bid has been an ongoing project in many spheres around the country.

Many fraternities like the Retired UPDF, Councilors and the NRM District Chairpersons have been noted to also endorse Museveni 2026, presidential bid. His current term runs 2021-2026 when the country is expected to have the next general elections.

The youth of Bukedi endorsed Museveni on Sunday during a youth summit organized by the Eastern Region Member of Parliament – Hon. Bernard Odoi Onen while at the peak of Tororo Rock.

Hon. Onen led the youth to the peak of the Tororo Rock in the pursuit to demonstrate president Museveni’s journey from Garamba to Mirembe to what he called ‘liberate’ Uganda. He also explained that he organized the event following the demand from other leaders in the region.

It is also noteworthy that some youth in the region did not attend the event for reasons that were not discussed.
