In an effort to prepare for the 2024–2025 season, Kamoga Elvis, an attacking midfielder who is a free agent, is being courted by Soltilo Bright Star and the recently promoted Police FC. Elvis is currently a free agent, and he has played for Ntinda United, Nec FC, and Booma FC.

Police won the FuFA Big League last season and were promoted, whereas Soltilo Bright Stars finished the previous season in ninth place after 29 games played.
