Pastor Donald Daniel Mukuye delivered a powerful sermon, urging believers to expect new things in God’s presence and to act upon them. He emphasized that even in captivity, there is hope for a better tomorrow, just as a prisoner has a chance for freedom, unlike one who has passed on.

Quoting Isaiah 43:18 (NIV), Pastor Mukuye reminded the congregation that “God is doing a new thing” every day. He encouraged them not to get stuck in the past, but to embrace the new things God is doing in His own unique way.

“Perhaps you faced setbacks last year,” Pastor Mukuye said, “but I’m here to tell you that this year brings new mercy and opportunities for victory.”

He also highlighted the importance of adapting to God’s changing methods, noting that “while God’s character remains unchanging, the way He works and moves changes.”

The sermon concluded with a call to action, encouraging believers to embrace the new things God is doing and to move forward in faith.
