Pink shirt day is an anti bullying day where people wear a pink colored shirt to stand against the act of bullying celebrated on 23rd February.

The initiative was started in Canada after some students saw a fellow student(male) being bullied for wearing a pink shirt, pink was associated with femininity.

The classmates then bought pink shirts and wore them as a sign against bullying.
