Hon. Asamo Hellen Grace, the Minister of State (for Disability Affairs) in the Ministry of Gender, Labor, and Social Development, is speaking at a press conference to discuss the obstacles encountered by people living with Spina Bifida and Hydrocephalus and the government’s initiatives to support them.

Asamo: The commemoration of World Spina Bifida and Hydrocephalus Day in Uganda, under the theme “Accessibility for all: empowering lives, embracing differences,” presents an impactful opportunity to address the aforementioned challenges.

Asamo: By raising awareness and promoting accessibility of services and information, we can collectively work towards empowering individuals affected by Spina bifida and hydrocephalus in Uganda.
