Norbert Mao – the Democratic party president has been sworn in at the state house Entebbe and parliament respectively as the minister for justice and constitutional affairs.

The 55 year old law maker was appointed recently by the NRM ruling party president Yoweri Kaguta Museveni which agreement he signed causing many to call him a traitor, a call he ignored saying time will prove right or wrong.

“I congratulate Mao upon taking the oath of office as the Minister for Justice and Constitutional Affairs. Your vast leadership experience will be instrumental in the unity we seek as a country and the solutions we desire for our people. Apwoyo bino,” said President Yoweri Museveni after the swearing in MAO.
