70 year old Emmanuel Sabiiti, a resident Kabutsye in Kigarama, Sheema district is accused of killing young son and maid and injuring daughter with a panga.

The former language lecturer of Makerere University allegedly committed the acts at 4:00am on Sunday morning before he went on the run.

Emmanuel is reported to have been at loggerheads with wife over the legitimacy of their 5 month year old daughter since he is said to have suspected his wife of infidelity.

Yusuf Kagwisagye, the area local council chairman identified the deceased son as Kendo 8, maid as Lilian about 16 years and the injured as Clara about 10 years old.

The ASP of the area before referring the press to Enanga stated, ” There is a man hunt and we are investigating the matter.” ASP Opio Patrick
