After barely a month after the Kampala Resident Commissioner gave street preachers a 30 day ultimatum to leave the streets of Kampala, a move he added was to; build a nicer, organized city – and in his own words, “no room for un seriousness” – The presidential reshuffle for RCCs happened.

Huda Hussein has been moved to Yumbe district as its new Resident City Commissioner which got many people talking and wondering if the ultimatum still holds water.
