The FDC has had party struggles recently which by his speech, Nsibambi is ready to face positively to bring the party together , “I take this appointment from my party as a very big challenge, you can tell and see what is going on, so it is my duty to galvanize the party and also bring some sense of decency to the debates we are having in parliament as FDC”, Nsibambi said.
“I promise to work with all members and my whipping isn’t like I am a supervisor, but I will try to ensure that we have common positions, meet, or address issues that affect society rather than playing to the gallery”, Nsibambi added.
Ibrahim SSemujju Nganda was appointed to the same position in 2021 on the 26th, May. On 7th August, the same committee convened to appoint Nsibambi.
