The Democratic Party presidential General , Norbert Mao was appointed the minister for Justice and constitutional affairs last week.

He echoes to the general public filled with critics that he doesn’t regret accepting the ministerial appointment under president Museveni’s government, one he is known for criticizing.

The new minister for Justice and Constitutional affairs has instead pledged to serve all Ugandans despite being referred to as a traitor by opposition.

“This appointment is just the beginning of a new era. If it’s the wind then you are about to experience an earthquake. Uganda is for us all. I have not gone to fight President Museveni in his Cabinet, or oppose him but to work for Ugandans,”

DP presidential General said that he offered himself as a bridge to bring aboard many Ugandans to bring about a transition in the country without blood shed from what the called the ‘bush era’.

He added: “A bridge is a small part of the road but without it, you cannot cross over. Uganda has become modern but what Ugandans now need is transfer of power without bloodshed which I have offered to champion in my new agenda.”
