Mathias Mpuuga , leader of opposition says that as soon as parliament returns from recess, a motion will be moved to probe into torture cases.

As the opposition leader returned from Zambia, he informed the public that their plenary boycott ended last week on Thursday deducting it to a two weeks boycott.

As the signatures to censure security minister Jim Muhwezi come along a bit slow, the opposition leader has resolved to draft a motion to ask parliament to institute a probe into the alleged acts of torture, illegal detentions and extra judicial killings by security agencies.
