As the opposition leader returned from Zambia, he informed the public that their plenary boycott ended last week on Thursday deducting it to a two weeks boycott.
As the signatures to censure security minister Jim Muhwezi come along a bit slow, the opposition leader has resolved to draft a motion to ask parliament to institute a probe into the alleged acts of torture, illegal detentions and extra judicial killings by security agencies.
