Justice Rubby Opio Aweri is the first Judge to die in office since the administration of the Judiciary Act was passed 3 years ago. The 69 year old judge succumbed to a stroke on Wednesday after being sick for a while. Uganda will give Justice Aweri a 5 day mourning and flags will fly at
