Minister Kasaija declines to explain Government plans to construct roads in DRC Congo0

The Speaker of parliament Rebecca Alitwala Kadaga  has tasked the Minister of Finance, Matia Kasaija to explain whether it’s true that Government of Uganda is planning to construct roads in DRC Congo. The Minister, however declined to explain to Parliament on Government of Uganda plans to construct roads in DR Congo until he has consulted.
