Bishop Okabe who died with wife in a car accident along Mbale -Tirinyi road on Saturday last week has had numerous Legislators from Teso region call voters to vote Okabe’s family member for father’s replacement. Deputy Speaker of parliament during the mourning of the deceased presented Okabe’s son- Emmanuel Okabe as replacement for the father.
