Kizza Besigye , four time presidential candidate and human rights activist on 24th May, 2022 at Arua park in Kampala addressed the public without the knowledge of the police. Besigye is accused of encouraging the public to protest the high commodity prices which will cause violence and destruction of property according to the state. He
